Bishop Adrian A Taylor, Sr.
Bishop Taylor received the calling in his life at the age of 27 after experiencing a supernatural experience with the Most High. Although his early Christian life was filled with backslidings and setbacks, Bishop rebounded and found the love of his life, Debi in 2016. Bishop has been on a mission know and to obey the word of Yahweh and to bring Yah's people into the light of truth. Bishop Taylor was honorably discharged from the USMC in 1976 and is considered to be a jack of all trades as noted by the various businesses and jobs that he has held.

Pastor's Help Meet / Women's Ministry
Leading Lady, Debi Pitts-Taylor
Lady Debi Pitts-Taylor is the loving and supporting wife of Bishop Taylor. Although once considered to be shy and introverted, Debi has blossomed to be a dynamic prayer warrior and a confident leader of the women's ministry. Many years after the death of her first husband, Debi remarried Bishop and together began to flourish in love, prosperity, and committment to one another.

Assistant Pastor
Pastor Kenneth L Reeder, Sr
Pastor Kenneth and Bishop Adrian have been friends for nearly 60 years. After co-founding God's House Ministry in 1993, they went their separate ways until re-uniting in 2010 with Pastor Reeder singing group, God's House Singers where Bishop served as the group's manager. Pastor Reeder is currently the pastor of God's House Christian Learning Center located in Randallstown, MD. Upon being asked by Bishop Taylor, Pastor Reeder agreed to temporarily assist Bishop Taylor in the rebuilding process of Shabbath Commandment Church that was decimated after the Pandemic.

Lady Noelle Reeder
Noelle has been happily married to Pastor Reeder for over 30 years and has a story to tell. Since the days of the patriot Job, there has seldomly been one who can testify about the deliverance and healing power of the Most High as Lady Noelle can. Truly she will testify that Yah is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that you can think or ask!

Administrative Support / Finance
Elder Ronald Woodard
Being an ex-military man, Elder Ron is a very organized and regimented individual. Even with his civilian work experience and supervisory skills, Ron is able to keep things in order and knows how to dot the eyes and cross the tees.

Church Mother / Matriach
Mother Mary Greene
Mother Greene brings stability to the ministry. She has been a faithful member for over 20 years and is one that you can depend on. She is a woman of faith and can contest to the healing power of Yahweh from personal experiences. Mother Greene says what she means, and means what she says. She is a stickler for time and is usually early and the first to arrive at church.

Lady Shwarn Taylor-Woodard
Lady Shwarn is the mother of one adult son, Ainsworth Williams. She has been employed in the DC government since 1997. Over the years of her life, she has become a dependable, reliable, and straight-forward person who've earned the love and respect of others. Prior to working for the government, she lived in Atlanta, Georgia for three years. During her time in Atlanta, she drew closer to our heavenly Father through the late Bishop Dewey & Mother Long at the United Church of God in Christ. In 1999, she visited Upon This Rock Christian Church ministry and later connected with the ministry in 2000. During her time in services under Bishop's leadership, she increased in wisdom, knowledge, understanding, integrity, respect, love, forgiveness and other fruits of the Spirit. In the words of Lady Shwarn, " I am blessed and grateful for the opportunity to be under the spiritual guidance of Bishop Adrian A. Taylor, Sr.

Missionary Debra Becton
Debra is one that has never met a person she considered to be a stranger. Her outgoing personality and desire to advance the kingdom of Yahweh, motivates her to seek salvation for the lost. After years of struggles with addictions and health issues, Debra has mellowed out and living her life to the fullest for the Master.

Worship Leader
Lady Keena Jones
Keena is one of our newest members at Shabbath Commandment Church and has felt right at home since the moment she joined. She first began singing at the age of 7 or 8 in a children's choir and has been singing Yahweh's praises ever since. Although she is not one who naturally likes to be in the forefront, when Yah calls her to minister through song, she is ready to lift her voice for His Glory! As a praise and worship leader, she is honored to set the atmosphere for His children to worship in Spirit and in Truth
